Right of Withdrawal for Consumer Users from the Purchase of Digital Products and Services

Only the Consumer User who, for any reason, is not satisfied with the Product has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without providing a reason within 14 days from the date the contract was concluded. The withdrawal request must be sent in writing to the email address info@test.realfollow24.com, using the optional withdrawal form provided below or any other written statement.

If the withdrawal is correctly exercised, the Owner will refund the Consumer User using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the User communicated the withdrawal from the contract.

In the case of purchasing a digital product, the Consumer User acknowledges and agrees to lose the right of withdrawal if the execution or download of the digital product has begun with the User’s express consent and acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal once execution or download has started, pursuant to Article 59, letter o) of the Consumer Code.

In the event of requesting a service, the Consumer User acknowledges and agrees to lose the right of withdrawal after the complete provision of the service if the service began with the User’s express consent and acceptance of losing the withdrawal right after the service has been performed, pursuant to Article 59, letter a) of the Consumer Code.

Furthermore, the Consumer User acknowledges and agrees to lose the right of withdrawal if the User requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 8.

Where the service has not been fully provided and the Consumer User wishes to withdraw from the contract, the User remains obliged, pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, to pay the Owner an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the moment the withdrawal right was exercised.

The Consumer User acknowledges and accepts that withdrawing from a subscribed subscription does not entitle the User to a refund for Products already used or supplied.

Exclusion of the Consumer User’s Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer User’s right of withdrawal from the sales or supply contract is excluded for:

• the supply of custom-made or clearly personalized Products.

In cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded, the Owner will return the purchased Products to the User, charging the shipping costs.
